King Of The Hammers represents the ultimate challenge for both man and machine, unrivaled anywhere else in the world. This event spans a week of intense one-day, off-road races held on public lands in Johnson Valley, California, accommodating nearly every type of off-road vehicle imaginable.
Since its inception in 2007, the event has evolved from 12 teams racing for fun and a case of beer, to more than 530 teams competing for various prizes today. The race attracts over 2 million online viewers and up to 80,000 spectators who trek into the desert annually to witness the action in person.
